The film, The Yankles, is — of all things — a Jewish-themed baseball film that has the students of an orthodox yeshiva (a school for Rabbis) fielding a baseball team that taps a former major-league baseball player to coach them. The film recently showed up at the Garden Cinema in Norwalk, CT as a part of the Jewish Arts and Film Festival of Fairfield County, now celebrating its 10th anniversary.
